We started with a small closet spaced studio and in a short time we have expanded into multiple locations across Los Angeles and were not slowing down anytime soon! At LIT Method all of our instructors are certified in-house and attend onsite training to develop a new skillset and help our clients become the greatest versions of themselves. While combining rowing, resistance bands, trx, foam rolling, and bodyweight training, you will be ready to deliver the best experience possible. In addition to the workout, you will learn how to create playlists, tap into motivational speaking, and raise the bar across the fitness industry.
