THE METHOD

LOW IMPACT TRAINING (LIT) is a combination of personal training, physical therapy, and injury prevention known for delivering results, not injuries.

THE MACHINE

The LIT Strength Machine is an all-in-one water rowerpilates reformer, and strength trainer offering 500+ low impact exercises including rowing, cardio, barre, strength training, physical therapy, pilates, and more. With adjustable water resistance ranging from 10-40lbs, the LIT Strength Machine is perfect for users with a variety of fitness goals.

THE WORKOUT

Our high-intensity, Low Impact Training workout is a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Classes are conducted in a dark setting with dim lights and loud music, and are filled with energy. All instructors are LIT Method certified and use LIT's three primary teaching principles: motivate, inspire, and educate.
